burkissyou
Hello, i recently purchased a h80i cooler from turkey (31.01.2013), i mounted it as instructed but problem ins the sockets and pins on cpu block that the Y cable supposed to get in came off.I didnt use exessive force or sth.I pluugged the cable in then moved it tryng to see if it is socketed right way then the plastic covers around the cpu blocks link pins stuckted to the Y cable's head.Same happened with the second socket too.I dont think that supposed to happen.I wonder if this is a case for rma and i want to get information about this.I post here hoping i'd get some early answers=),Thanks in advance

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 11, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 11, 2013 Advanced RMA is kind of self explanatory, it is where you call our customer service and request the parts be sent to you before you send the failed parts back with the use a credit card to guarantee the transaction. I did send our customer service a message and asked them to contact you about this.
