Second email gave me a link to chech my rma status, but it didn't say any progress yet. I sent my ax850 on Jan 28. Third email gave me case password. I checked it out on RMA status page, then I found a message bottom of page 'Your RMA has already been processed and/or shipped' So I am confusin now, which one is correct? please check on my rma status #5557525 Thanks, Ted Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 5, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 5, 2013 If you have POD (Proof of Delivery) I would suggest calling our customer service by phone, and you can call the toll free number listed under contact on the main site using SKYPE for free.
