Gil80 Posted February 5, 2013 Share Posted February 5, 2013 I know many, like myself, experience issues with Corsair water cooling H80/100/i Nevertheless, I would like to show my gratitude to Corsair customer support and fast response. Although the items are faulty at times, I truly feel like I have someone to speak to and support to take care of me without making troubles. I get RMA real quick with no hesitations! Billyray Posted February 5, 2013 Share Posted February 5, 2013 I agree! ;): I had to RMA my original H80 which I was reluctant to do, but Corsair did an advance RMA for me, which made the whole process relatively painless. wytnyt Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 ill also add a thumbs up to corsair. i have power supplys,hydro coolers,cases,link commanders all without a glich with the exception of an i/o which was promptly handled by corsair. they have my vote of confidence and will continue to shop with them as needed. Both issues (one RMA on a power supply and one problem with noisy fans which were replaced) were resolved quickly.
