A good word on Corsair

I know many, like myself, experience issues with Corsair water cooling H80/100/i

 

Nevertheless, I would like to show my gratitude to Corsair customer support and fast response.

Although the items are faulty at times, I truly feel like I have someone to speak to and support to take care of me without making troubles. I get RMA real quick with no hesitations!

 

I wish many companies will do the same!

 

(I only wish Corsair will have H110 with H100 rad size :D:)

Thanks guys. We do appreciate post like this, I don't usually see positive feedback but once in a while is better than none. Thanks again guys! We are doing our best to iron these current issues that we are seeing.

ill also add a thumbs up to corsair.

i have power supplys,hydro coolers,cases,link commanders all without a glich with the exception of an i/o which was promptly handled by corsair.

they have my vote of confidence and will continue to shop with them as needed.

I had two positive experiences with Corsair customer service. Both issues (one RMA on a power supply and one problem with noisy fans which were replaced) were resolved quickly. Because of these positive outcomes, I will have no problem buying Corsair products in the future.
