Jodokall Posted February 4, 2013 Share Posted February 4, 2013 I bought a Corsair AX860 PSU recently which arrived faulty (performed the paperclip test). I logged RMA 5581271 but also asked for an advanced RMA of the PSU so I can get this new build up and running. I have not been able to do so because I have been waiting on RMA parts for another problematic Corsair piece, my H100i, so ask you can probably guess I am very displeased with Corsair currently. I have not received any indication whether I could get an advance RMA on 5581271 thus far. I think after all the trouble I have gone through with Corsair parts recently, an advance RMA would be the least I could be afforded on this PSU. Please advise. Thanks.
