Hi again,

 

i think it was partly my fault as well. I just couldn't find my way to the tech support chat history and was only ever presented with an rma status when clicking one of the links in the email. :rolleyes:

 

Your replies where indeed in time and I am sorry for the inconvenience my several tickets may have caused.
