Tech Support Express Case [5539323]

Hello, it's been over a week since my rma request has been received and advised and I have yet to hear anything back; I was informed that I would be sent a replacement dongle for free but have not received anything nor have I received any further communication.

I sent a message to the email address I was informed to send to after I filled out the rma, but I haven't received anything nor have I received any other communication.

I have sent our customer service a message for you and asked them to see what could be done to speed things up for you.

I received a message requesting the part, but the additional comment I was initially sent was to disregard this message.


Should I still disregard the return message, or do I have to send in the part?
