zairs
Hello, it's been over a week since my rma request has been received and advised and I have yet to hear anything back; I was informed that I would be sent a replacement dongle for free but have not received anything nor have I received any further communication. Please do not reply directly to this e-mail as this address is not monitored. Corsair Technical Support has sent you a message regarding Case #5539323 ---------------------------------- This message is to inform you that Technical Support advises that you request an RMA for your support case. We have investigated your support case in detail, and have deemed this to be the best course of action. Please click the link below to go directly to the RMA Request form. [Link was here, removed] Once your RMA # has been assigned you will receive more information via email. An additional comment was sent with the RMA Advisory: Hello, please fill out the rest of your RMA and we will process the replacement for you free of charge. Upon completing the form, please send a message to haroldn@corsair .com confirming that you have completed it. Please disregard the message that advises you to return your product. You will not be required to return anything. Thank you. Thank You! Corsair Inc. zairs
I have sent our customer service a message for you and asked them to see what could be done to speed things up for you. Thank you :) I received a message requesting the part, but the additional comment I was initially sent was to disregard this message. Should I still disregard the return message, or do I have to send in the part?
