nitishgupta
I bought a vengeance lp memory 4gb module last year. it was working fine till january when it showed the blue screen. I ran the test and memory was faulty. I submitted the ram for rma in new delhi, india got it back in 10 days(why it took so long?). the case worsened when the ram module i got back didn't work altogether. It was faulty and the computer couldn't just boot up with that module. I tried reaching the customer helpline number and they said that i have to submit the ram again. I gave the memory stick to the service center on the 30th january, 2013. I haven't been able to follow up with the guys that what is the problem and how much time will it take to get the memory back to me. Below are details of the memory that came back. the ref number provided is EDH-30113-69777 (this number is provided upon submitting the memory again) model number : CML8GX3M2A1333C9 serial number : SING916699123700650 (serial number of the memory that came back) the serial number the original memory that i bought is serial no: 68424120302331
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 4, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 4, 2013 I am sorry but that is not Corsair Direct; it is through the distributor in India, I would suggest calling them back to get the status.
