mj23wizards
I cannot adjust any fan in my PC. I use Corsair link 2 with 1.0.5 firmware. I see GTX 570 fan rpm but also if i set to maximum or customize the profile, the fan continues to run 1700 rpm.
remotehugger
yea mine is the same way on FW 1.04 - i can see the video card fan rpm but CL2 wont adjust it - if i adjust it in CCC it will show the correct rpm in CL2 - just cant use CL2 to adjust -
peanutz94
You can't adjust the fan settings unless you have the GPU node for the link . Otherwise it's acting as intended. http://www.corsair.com/us/corsair-link/corsair-link-kits/corsair-link-gpu-node.html

Why didn't they remove those GPU settings from the corsair link 2?

It's not a setting...just that you can see or monitor your fan speeds. But to be able to adjust them you need the GPU nodes. Otherwise you can use the Nvidia software or CCC. Kos
You can't adjust the fan settings unless you have the GPU node for the link . Otherwise it's acting as intended. http://www.corsair.com/us/corsair-link/corsair-link-kits/corsair-link-gpu-node.html That is not what the GPU Node is for. I have a GPU Node for my LINK setup and all it can do is monitor power consumption of your GPU. The GPU Node does not have any connections to the GPU except for two PCI-E 12v connectors. peanutz94
I believe you are correct KOS, I took my information from the product page and it seems to be talking about the LINK system in general, even though it is the GPU node description. http://www.corsair.com/us/corsair-link/corsair-link-kits/corsair-link-gpu-node.html Sorry about that. Either way you can't control the GPU fans with the LINK system.
