DavidS14 Posted February 2, 2013 Share Posted February 2, 2013 Hi, Returned an AX1200 from the UK to Almere, The Netherlands and it shows as delivered on the 29-01-2013 on the tracking I have. I understand that it will take a while to process and get a replacement but I would like confirmation that it has arrived OK as the status page still says "Defective item not yet received". It may be an idea to remove the "up to 24hrs" bit in red on the status page if it usually takes longer than that as people will suspect there is something wrong if they don't see any update after that time. Maybe something like "it may take a few days to process your item, if after 5 days you have not received an update then contact customer support". The website is often slow to update and since it was on the 29th, you probably won't see any activity until at least monday. If you have doubts, I would suggest calling CS by phone and they can tell you exactly where it's at in the process. Corsair receives pallets of RMA's at a time because of world wide sales, so it may take some time for them to all be logged in.
