Very Disappointed Case #5478327

Initially I was very impressed with the support I got, but after I got the replacement part I have been ignored. I admitted to being the one at fault for being a dumb*** and not confirming the correct part I ordered and not realizing it until I took my case apart.

 

Now I get ignored and all I am trying to do is send back an unused part in all the original packaging and I would pay the difference including shipping. Since I was the one who apparently can't read and didn't think it would be right to have you guys pay for shipping for my mistake.

 

Please help me. I am really trying to give you guys a chance, because I love your guys items and I am done being pissed. I just want working front panel usbs. This is just making me not want to buy anything else from Corsair. Thank you for your time.

Thank you so much you are awesome. It has gotten straightened out. I knew something had to happen, because when I initially put in a ticket for the front usb's you people responded super fast and knew what the problem was.

 

Keep up the good work and making cool *** items.

Switch, what is it exactly that you ordered?

 

You can call CS via the toll free number with your RMa number on Monday and they can get it sorted out in just a few minutes instead of waiting on email responses which do take longer .

 

I have a 500R and ordered the 300R I/O panel instead like a nub. Calling was my next resort, I just randomly came across the forum and figured I would try here.
