Ritzycat Posted February 1, 2013 Share Posted February 1, 2013 I had a Corsair Vengeance a few weeks ago. It worked for a few hours before cutting out. So, I issued an RMA and got it replaced. It came in today, but I am also stuck on this one. Upon plugging it in Windows says it cannot find the drivers to it and the headset does not show up in anything. However turning the volume on the headset will change the volume on the screen, but the computer does not recognize the headset is plugged in, so I can not make it my playback device. I don't know if this has to do anything with the horrible quality of the packaging or if its just another fluke. I'm not sure what steps to take to try to fix this, I am getting tired of this and do not want to have to send yet another back. Thank you in advance!
