CastielUK
I just bought a H100i after returning a defective H80i to my local retailer and upon installation I find one of the LGA1155/56 mounts is missing its screw thread so I cannot install one of the thumbscrews, can I just get the mount sent to me or do I have to go through the whole RMA and sending back the unit to the retailer all over again and costing me yet more in postage fees? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 2, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 2, 2013 Just use the link on the left and submit an RMA request then explain that you don't need an RMA replacement but just the screws. Post your case # here and I'll make sure that we send those screws to you at our own expense.

CastielUK
I have noticed as well while inspecting the other mounts that they all appear slightly bent, that doesn't seem normal so perhaps they all need replacing and it was just a bad batch that escaped quality control. CastielUK
I submitted an RMA request on the 2nd Feb, but have yet to hear anything?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 4, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 4, 2013 You should have received a case # at least.
CastielUK
You should have received a case # at least. No, nothing...no replies or references at all. I followed the procedures, explained the issue in the box provided and sent the request....if I recall it gave a 48 hour period for a reply, but I have received nothing at all. Nemasys
Cheers to Corsair's customer service, despite the incredible amount of complaints and RMA's on this forum, they always try their best to pull out. I just bought 5 AF120 Performance fans to upgrade the airflow in my case to accomodate a 3-way SLI build and im VERY pleased with these, despite the slightly high price they are well built and the performance vs sound level is astounding! Keep up the good work.
