In fact the headset now is also having issues, even after I issued my RMA with Newegg. I apologize, but I've never had to return such an expensive item--is it even possible for me to send in another RMA? A similar issue is appearing on this headset, which happened on my first headset; hairline fractures compounding above the right earpiece. I hate to have the same experience twice--I have had many headsets and equipment before and I would like to believe I take care of all of my components.
