Not yet recieved faulty part?

Hi, I'm trying my luck here as tech support is slow to answer. I've sent my AX760 through express RMA with tracked and ensured parcel. According to the deliverer, the parcel was delivered tuesday at ~10:40. I haven't got any confirmation in my errand that the faulty unit has been recieved and I'm starting to wonder if something went wrong.

 

According to the information given in my case, there should be at most a 24h delay for a confirmation. Three days have passed since and I'm missing my computer a lot. :(:

 

What should I do? Keep waiting or sound the alarm?

Prease herp.

 

Edit: Forgot to mention I sent it from Sweden to the Netherlands office.
