I'm returning to communicate with you regarding the RMA # 5313872. Report that used three equipment manufacturing CORSAIR H100, an acquired and two sent via RMA. I notice also, that to my surprise, as constant consumer of their products: power supply 750W; memories dominator platinum and others, noticed the poor quality of the H100. There is a saying here in Brazil that says lightning never strikes twice in the same place. With the H100 lightning struck three times and worst intensity every RMA. From now on, I will be more selective with purchase of informatics. The brand CORSAIR, a global concept, should check their products and impose greater quality control. I participate in many forums and the area of informatics, I see that not only had these problems. It's unfortunate ... I notice also that I've acquired a new watercooler and am very pleased. It is a brand that respects its consumers: INTEL. Water Cooler Intel Rts2011lc IS THE EQUIPMENT. EX CORSAIR customer. Carlos" My intention is that the CORSAIR review its system of quality control. campires Posted February 1, 2013 Author Share Posted February 1, 2013 The new unit also came with the same defective water pump. The liquid arrefededor does not circulate the radiator. I gave up and bought the Intel and I am satisfied. The service from you is 100%, but the H100 is not with the standard CORSAIR. Product of poor quality, material and manufacturing backyard. I will disclose in all forums in which I participate and no one else in facebook to be injured. Quality control does not exist. I threw $ 200 in the trash with this product disqualified. wytnyt Posted February 1, 2013 Share Posted February 1, 2013 its unfortunate that you have had problems but theres many variables that determine if the cooler will be fault free,and corsair is working hard to rectify these,its a huge challenge trying to accomodate every users unique build as the differences are monumental .going with another cooler is certainly your choice but quite frankly the one you chose was less effective in every test as compared to the corsair coolers.im sure your choice will work well for you assuming of course if you dont stress your computer beyond the coolers limits. i run my units hard at times which is why ill stay with corsairs. also posting the same post in multiple threads really doesnt help ,other than simply wasting your time with a product that you arent using. My intention is that others, like myself, do not have the same sofrimento.É a right of citizens to complain and express their dissatisfaction to see if a company CORSAIR world renowned revise their standards and quality controls. As I said, always bought CORSAIR Products for credibility and quality and now I see that was wrong. If the four fingers point back to me are equal to yours, I'm very happy. Stay in peace. I do not understand your defense of this product i have 2 units that work well,yes i had problems like others but found out it was in my software/hardware i had in my build and not the hydro's fault.,unfortunately some users need point and click software and actually create problems for themselves and corsair is trying to work on that aspect. three times that bothered me and made me throw away my money. I checked several videos for installation guidance. Replaces the cooler with more potent. I checked with the INTEL processor data and performance. I checked with the gigabyte if there are problems with the motherboard. I tested on another computer. And all meaningless. I'm not a neophyte in IT and understand enough hardware to do foolish things. I notice also have another cooler from Corsair (H50) and never had problems (but I will also change). Insastisfação accept my registration and that each one decides what is best for you. I agree that by my frustration with the H100, I posted the same issue many times. I do not know how would your reaction being in my situation. Mine was this. I've done my part to denounce the crap is this water colling. Each does as you wish.
