Duah
Hello everyone. I'm looking to replace the hoses in my H80 to a clear hose for some basic custom lighting in my case. I would do custom cooling, but I've already got this and I don't feel like spending a few hundred for a good custom cooling unit. Does anyone know a good process for doing this on the H80 unit or am I just stuck with the hoses that come with the H80?
wytnyt
i doubt these pumps are capable of doing a custom loopand changing the hoses will void your warranty

svtfmook
it can be done and has been many times. hardest part is filling and burping with a reservoir. cut the old hose off, attach a new hose to the out on the pump to the in on the radiator, attach a hose to the out on the radiator. fill until the radiator and hoses are full and coolant comes out the pump, quickly slide the hose from the radiator to the in on the pump trying to no spill too much. run it outside the computer with the radiator stood up with the hoses on the bottom for 24 hours or until the gurgling stops. make sure you use a good coolant infact, if you're going to replace the hoses, you might as well add a small reservoir and make life easier.
