Hello all.


I returned my ax850 on Monday from the uk and arrived at corsair on Wednesday, I have checked the status and it says it has been processed and not to open another ticket.


I haven't received any emails from corsair, so wondering what that status means.

I am sorry but it has not been received in the system yet, I would suggest calling our customer service with your POD and I am sure they will do what they can to force the RMA through the system. Please call the toll free number listed under Contact using SKYPE and they will help you.
