ghostie29 Posted January 31, 2013 Share Posted January 31, 2013 Hey guys, So it has been over 1 month now since i have submitted my RMA request to you guys. My case only went as far as getting my RMA number. I was instructed to contact Harold when i received my RMA number, and i did several times, but not am sitting at a stand still. I originally submitted my RMA request 12/26/12. It is now almost the beginning of February and i have not heard or received anything. Would anyone be able to look into this for me? I have always entrusted in Corsair specifically for your reputation of amazing customer service, but having to wait over one month and not getting any reply is quite frustrating. Is the order just going to be processed or am i supposed to expect an email from Corsair and/or Harold. I am looking forward to installing the replacement part this weekend. Hopefully everything works out well. Again i would like to thank you for all of your help, despite the long delay in the RMA.
