My case only went as far as getting my RMA number. I was instructed to contact Harold when i received my RMA number, and i did several times, but not am sitting at a stand still. I originally submitted my RMA request 12/26/12. It is now almost the beginning of February and i have not heard or received anything. Would anyone be able to look into this for me? I have always entrusted in Corsair specifically for your reputation of amazing customer service, but having to wait over one month and not getting any reply is quite frustrating.
