No Update for RMA #5420048

Hey guys,

 

So it has been over 1 month now since i have submitted my RMA request to you guys. My case only went as far as getting my RMA number. I was instructed to contact Harold when i received my RMA number, and i did several times, but not am sitting at a stand still.

 

I originally submitted my RMA request 12/26/12. It is now almost the beginning of February and i have not heard or received anything.

 

Would anyone be able to look into this for me? I have always entrusted in Corsair specifically for your reputation of amazing customer service, but having to wait over one month and not getting any reply is quite frustrating.

Thank you for trying to help resolve this issue.

 

Is the order just going to be processed or am i supposed to expect an email from Corsair and/or Harold. If this is the case, i have unfortunately not yet received any sort of reply as of yet.

Yes I am sure it will be if has not been processed already, sometimes the tacking system is not as fast as we would like it to be, but I have asked Harold to see what he can do on your order and contact you.

Hey RAMGuy,

 

Just a quick update. The packaged was delivered to my doorstep this morning.

I am looking forward to installing the replacement part this weekend. Hopefully everything works out well.

 

Again i would like to thank you for all of your help, despite the long delay in the RMA.

 

I will continue to keep you posted of how everything turns out!
