I have a bad memory module that I have been trying to get an RMA for since December 2012. I've now left three phone messages requesting a return call, one with general support and two with the technical support. -- I've received no return calls. I've used the “Technical Support Express” pages to trouble shoot the issue, open a case (Case #5418442), and submit a request for an RMA. I’ve updated this case three times in the last 2 months but -- I still have not received a response from Corsair. I have now joined this forum read rules and the FAQ and I am posting this as another attempt to get some type of response from Corsair for my problem.
