sparcw
I'm having trouble getting any response from Corsair support. I have a bad memory module that I have been trying to get an RMA for since December 2012. I've now left three phone messages requesting a return call, one with general support and two with the technical support. -- I've received no return calls. I've used the “Technical Support Express” pages to trouble shoot the issue, open a case (Case #5418442), and submit a request for an RMA. I’ve updated this case three times in the last 2 months but -- I still have not received a response from Corsair. I have now joined this forum read rules and the FAQ and I am posting this as another attempt to get some type of response from Corsair for my problem. FYI: The link to "Technical Support Express" under the FAQ question "I think I have a bad part. What should I do?" is not a valid link.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 30, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 30, 2013 You have not filled out the case completely and we cannot reply to a case unless your email address has been entered at the very least.
sparcw
I just re-entered not only my email address but also my street address, phone number, where purchased, and when purchased for the fourth time. I'm currently at work and do not have the product (memory modules) with me so I am unable to enter the Lot Codes and Serial Numbers at this time but I did enter this information with my email address, street address, phone number, where purchased, and when purchased each of the three previous times. I entered 0 for the Lot Codes and Serial Numbers this time but I will update the information again when I get home this afternoon if needed. .... AND YES, ALL FOUR TIMES , I HAVE VERIFIED MY ADDRESS AND CLICKED THE "YES, VERIFIED" BUTTON AFTER ENTERING ALL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION. sparcw
It seems to have worked this time. I received an RMA and approval for the RMA. Thanks.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 30, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 30, 2013 I would suggest calling our customer service and replacing both sets and ask them if they can replace with one matched set verses two sets.
