RMA Case #5554377

Any chance I could get an update on Case 5554377? One of the double sided standoff screws on my brand new H100i broke, and I need new ones.

 

My original RMA email (that I received from Corsair) said that I would not have to send the H100i in and also said to send an email to Harold N when I have filled out the RMA form. I sent that email a few days ago and also inquired about expedited shipping, but have not received any replies or updates thus far.

 

I was really hoping to get the H100i standoffs before the weekend, and was willing to pay for expedited shipping, but I have a feeling the chance of that is pretty slim now.

 

Can you let me know whats going on? Thanks for the help.

The mounting Kit is not available yet for this cooler so you can wait a few days if you like and it should become available this week is what I am told. Or the other option would be to RMA the kit, you can ask for an advanced RMA and take the parts you need and return the reset if you like. I would suggest calling our customer service by phone if you want to proceed either way.

Thanks for the prompt reply RAM GUY.

 

There's pretty much no chance of me receiving it before the weekend, so I guess I'll just wait it out for the mounting kits to come back in stock. In the meantime I'll do some searching locally to see if I can source some similar standoffs as a replacement option. If so I can at least get this new build up and running this weekend.

 

Would you happen to know the thread size/pitch of the standoffs?

I am sorry I do not I would suggest we go the RMA rout as the fastest option.

Please use the link on the left and request an RMA and explain the issue and let me know the case number and I will see it gets sorted out.

RAM GUY,

 

Figures that I would get an email not 1 hour after I posted a new RMA from Harold N telling me that the bracket was ready for shipping and would ship out today.

 

Can you be so kind as to remove or invalidate the new RMA I made?
