Moo11123
Hey, I recently sent in an RMA about my faulty fan controller, it is saying I have to ship to Hong Kong. What do I ship? The whole case? I have read some other threads and some people got replacement parts without having to send anything in. Could someone please clear up what I actually have to do? I hope I do not have to disassemble my $3000 build.. My RMA # is 5545518 Thanks guys.
Toasted
You don't need to send anything back. Explain your issue and complete the required details and you should be fine.
