Kurtiswyllie
Earlier today I was playing world of Warcraft with my mouse on my laptop. My battery was low and it automatically hibernated. I turned it on a few hours later and the lights wouldn't turn on. So I unplug the usb and plug it in and the lights come back on. I remove the drivers and reinstall them. I try to reflash the firmware and it gives me an error but then I can use the buttons. I try updating the firmware again and then I am able to use only the mouse to navigate the screen but no button works. It then only showed the top and bottom profile selection lights and nothing else. Didn't respond at all. I eventually reflashed it and it said it was successful, now all lights are functional and the profile selection buttons change the profile LEDs but there is no button input to the computer or mouse movement. It does not show up in drivers and when I try to install the drivers or reflash the mouse it gives me an error: usb mouse not found. Please plug in your M90. Any help would be appreciated, I have tried pretty much everything.
Toasted
Have you tried the M90 on another computer to see if it still works and is detected?
Kurtiswyllie
Yes I have and it doesnt even make the beep noise when a usb device is plugged in on either computer. It's almost like all the mouse is doing is drawing power to turn the lights on but its wierd because the profile up and down buttons change the number of leds on the profile indicator. Kurtiswyllie
Do I have to send it from the original country of purchase as I am part way though a 2 month trip to Mexico. Also how does the shipping costs work?
Toasted
RMA's are international. In a normal RMA, You pay for shipping for the faulty unit to Corsair and Corsair pays shipping for the replacment unit to you.
