vaarium
Hi, I recently ordered an AX750 from Amazon, and it arrived a couple of days ago. Shortly after I put it into my case, I noticed that the included cables don't match the connectors on the back of the AX750. After spending sometime on this issue, I can confirm that I have received the AX760 cable set. I have since orderd a Sleeved Modular Cables Kit from Corsair, and that should take care of this problem. Nevertheless, I'd like to know if it's possible to get my AX760 cables replaced. Thank you in advance. Regards, Eddy

vaarium
Hi Ram Guy, Thanks for the reply. There's really no need for me to RMA the entire unit back, the PSU itself is working perfectly, and the Sleeved Modular Cables Kit I ordered arrived yesterday. I'm wondering if there's a way for me to just RMA the cables themselves? Thank you, v.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 1, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 1, 2013 Yes please request an RMA and explain the issue is with the cables, you will not RMA the whole unit but we will still need to do it this way to get the cables replaced for you and I need the information for your PSU so I can report it to our manufacturing and try and prevent that from happening again. vaarium
Hi Ram Guy, I've been emailing Tech Support over the past few days and they have approved my RMA (Case# 5581339; a replacement unit is on its way). My question is, what is Corsair's policy concerning returning postage? It'd be nice to have a set of backup cables, but not at the expense of paying $13-14 for the shipping fee. Thanks in advance. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 8, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 8, 2013 You must send the cables with the PSU, and spare cables can be purchased from our web store. However, in your case I would replace the whole set of cables that came with your PSU if they are not correct. And I will ask customer service to proceed with that assertion.
