ASUS P4C800E Deluxe and Corsair Twin1024 3200XL PRO related problem

Hello,

i have problems with a new computer that i recently assembled. I chose the P4 3.2 Prescott processor along with an ASUS P4C800E Deluxe mainboard and Corsair Twin1024 3200XL PRO rams. System boots normally but a windows-based memorytestprogram finds faulty ram, 3Dmark2003 crashes to windows or freezes and game applications freeze too. This is the third (!) pair of corsair-ram that i use, always the same thing. The ram seems to be damaged although i cannot imagine three pairs of rams that i buy being damaged!! I read several posts with similar problems, i changed the DDR reference voltage to 2.85V and i tried both simm banks: A1 with B1 and A2 with B2. Nothing solved the problem. Can you help me?

System:

P4 3.2 Prescott HT

Asus P4C800E deluxe / Ami Bios ver 08.00.09

Corsair Twin1024 3200XL PRO

HIS X800 pro graphics

Soundblaster audigy

Win XP SP1
