RMA Status

Hey,

 

I sent my PSU out to Corsair a few days ago but I am not able to view the status of the RMA. When I enter the RMA number and password, all I can view is the RMA request which I submitted. When I click on RMA Status, it redirects me to the Tech Support page. My RMA number is #5519695.

It should say something like 'Your RMA has already been processed and/or shipped.' at the bottom if you scroll down.

Thanks for your reply, some how it already said this before I even sent the PSU out to Corsair. Is there no way of checking the status to check if Corsair have actually received the PSU or not?

I just check my tracking number to see if they receive mine but yeah it's really hard to tell otherwise. It would really be nice to know, and I hope I never have to RMA to Corsair again..

Thanks for your reply, yeah this is just a disgrace. I am sick of the support from Corsair, no reply from Corsair Support to either this thread or messages I have left on the RMA request. Seriously unacceptable and I won't be purchasing another Corsair product as the support I have received so far is an absolute disgrace.

You RMA has not been received in our system yet. Do you have POD that you can provide to our customer service?

I would suggest calling the toll free number listed under contact on the main site using SKYPE and it will be a free call.

Hi Ram Guy, I was just wondering if it has been received yet? Yes I have POD but unfortunately no tracking code as I was told that there is no need since I took out insurance for the parcel. The POD I have is in a receipt form, is this any use?
