whitegraphite
Hello, this is my first post, I was wondering if anyone else has had issues with their front 4 USB 2.0 hub ports causing USB power serge warning (when there are NO device's plugged in)? I bought a new Graphite White ed back in Sep from NCIX, I LOVE the case but I've never been able to have the 4 front USB 2.0 ports working because of the power serge warnings...When I unplug both the front USB hub ports from the motherboard, the power serge warnings immediately go away. I only get the warning when I plug the front panel ports in (however, I have NOTHING hooked into the front USB ports themselves). I've tested the mother board, everything checks out perfectly fine, and the fact that (when I unplug the front panel from the board the errors go away) tells me something is shorting out in the front USB panel. I have had this issue since day one with this other wise perfect case, the fan controller works perfect to. I've opened up an RMA on the issue back on the 17th of Jan, however all I keep getting is "updates telling me they will (look into it)" But nothing comes of it. I was told that I wouldn't have to ship the old part back, but it seems that 11 days latter my part still hasn't been shipped to me  Throw me a bone here guys, I need some help. I can provide proof of purchase, I have all the invoices and receipts from NCIX if you guys need verification. Thanks for your help. James
