swervinc
I recently purchased an AX760i PSU but when unboxing one of the cables on my Corsair Link cable has come out. It may not have been crimped properly. Is there any way I can get a replacement without returning the whole PSU? I recently had to return a new HX750 and don't want anymore downtime plus I love this PSU :D: Thanks. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 28, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 28, 2013 I am sorry about that and yes please use the link on the left and request an RMA and explain the cable issue. We will send another cable for you that is not a problem.
swervinc
Was wondering if you could help me further? I tried tech support express twice and so eventually emailed RMAService@corsairmemory.com. I received a reply saying that the part was not available but I could return my PSU and get a replacement. To me this is really inconvenient for one small cable and I don't want the hassle. I was wondering if one cable in this kit was the same: http://www.corsair.com/en/corsair-link/corsair-link-kits/corsair-link-accessory-cable-kit.html One looks to be similar so I may be able to buy this instead? Thanks for your help.
peanutz94
No, that cable would not be in that kit. Just post your case or RMA number and let RamGuy take a look for you.

swervinc
I received an RMA number: RMA #5598407 on the 19th February and I am assuming this is for the whole PSU or is it just the cable? Thanks.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 28, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 28, 2013 I've sent you an email about this RMA. It is not for a PSU, I have forwarded your request to our spare parts dept.

psuuser
I have absolutely the same problem. Just I bought the AX 860I PSU. I sent an email to jackflash with asking for help. This cable is really bad quality. Do I need to make a RMA. I bought the PSU today and already installed it as a replacement for a broken bequiet psu. You produce a high quality PSU but that cable is the opposit of it :( Without the PSU I cannot use the pc so I would be happy if I just get a working cable. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 15, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 15, 2013 I sent an email to jackflash with asking for help. This email no longer exist. We have shut it down couple years ago. Best is to use the link on the left and submit an RMA and simply state that you need the PSU link cable. swervinc
I have just received the replacement which was sent and unfortunately it contains three cables but none are the correct type. Any help? Thanks.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 15, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 15, 2013 Can you please post some photos of the cables that you have received? I want to know if it was the wrong part the sent you or simply the package was mistakenly labelled. If it was, then we can correct them in the future. Thanks in advance. swervinc
Here is a link to the picture of the cables. Sorry for the quality it's difficult to take a separate picture of each. If you need more pictures I'll try. https://www.dropbox.com/s/y7kn03i7mjr30s8/IMAG0029.jpg?v=0swn- I've just spotted that they have sent these (from the code on the bag): http://www.corsair.com/en/corsair-link/corsair-link-kits/corsair-link-accessory-cable-kit.html
