Problem with a Dominator Platinum module (CMD8GX3M2A1600C9) and RMA number

Hi all, I need support to have a RMA number: the technical support site doesn't accept my module id (CMD8GX3M2A1600C9), it's impossible to go on to "next step".


The RAM modules has been tested with Memtest, the test of a module doesn't pass with many errors, I suppose I need a replacement.
