DrPepz
For some reason my corsair link2 wont show the pump or the led settings, so my pump is set on low, which i don't want and my LED's are not the colour i want them. Very frustrating. Any thoughts, BTW i have installed and un-installed 5 times. And yes the show all devises tab is checked.
DrPepz
WHat i mean by not showing the settings is that the icons them self's are not there.

Toasted
Have you tried installing an older version of the dashboard e.g. 2.1.7? Latest BIOS and chipset drivers? Have you tried running the program as admin? Have you tried a different USB header?
DrPepz
Yes to the other dashboard,i dont think so with the bios, no with the admin and yes to the header. I will try those options though.
Aodhan82
I too am having this same problem and would love to hear anything in the way of advice. I have checked the above post and am currently looking for any bios updates and will try the header in a minute. Have tried multiple reinstalls and running as admin. Will try an older version too. Thanks in advance.
BNM
If the pump doesn't show in corsairlink2 at all, it may be because the plug n play driver windows installs for the USB link cable (the one connecting the pump with the motherboard) isn't working. Check if you have an "unknown device" in your device manager. I had the same problem. What worked for me was to uninstall the unknown device and then restart my computer UNPLUGGING MY KEYBOARD and then Windows would install the driver for the usb link properly. Aodhan82
Ok, Have tried all of the things suggested by Toasted and the previous advice from BNM and still nothing. Getting a little worried now. Why this suddenly stopped working is eluding me and I can't really afford the time without it at the moment if I have to send it back.
DrPepz
Yeah nothing has worked and the usb thing shows in the device manager.
Aodhan82
Ok, tried the USB pull method again but didn't reconect the pump USB until after the PC had booted. Now everything is back. No idea what happened there it wasn't showing any alerts in the Device manager beforehand. Only thing I can think of is that something had conflicted with a certain USB port as I had switched my headphones to a different one. Hope this helps DrPepz. Now to hope for it working in 2.2.0 when I update in a minute.
