I have done the RMA but it seems like I need to send the while case (which is going to cost a lot of shipping from Canada to the USA !) Anyone that have issue with power button can tell me if they needed to send the whole case ? If anyone from corsair read this my RMA #5544180. Arctic_Wolf Posted January 25, 2013 Share Posted January 25, 2013 No, you don't need to return your whole 600T, or the faulty unit that includes the power button.. sturgeon86 Posted February 1, 2013 Author Share Posted February 1, 2013 Well I did not request anything I have just fill out a RMA that says my power button is not working anymore and I am pretty sure about that because I change the power button for the reset one and it works. Then I fill out the RMA form. Then I received a notice of shipment. Received the box with the fascia only which is cleary useless in my case. I'll try to contact support again.
