LzO
Hello I request a RMA and received two mails. The first one was a RMA # Assigned and the second one is RMA Approved. Case number is #5544000 I dont know if I have to send my HX620w now or wait to a confirmation. My last doubt is, I only need to put the generated label outside the box and send it? i mean i dont need to write something more outside? btw i have to attach inside a bill and all mails received right? my english is a little bad, thanks in advance. Administrators Technobeard Posted January 25, 2013 Administrators Share Posted January 25, 2013 The approval email is the confirmation. The label is just a generic one, generally the shipping company will use their own. Put the RMA number on the outside (I'd recommend on multiple sides to be safe). We strongly recommend using a carrier that will provide you with a tracking # and option for added insurance for your package. Any package that arrives empty will be returned to the sender. In addition, Corsair is not liable for any lost/stolen packages. Corsair will only replace the product which we physically receive. Please make sure your complete address is included within the package: first/last name, telephone # and complete return address. Be aware, some shipping stores do not include your contact details on the address label. Please include a copy of the RMA Confirmation with your shipment
LzO
Put the RMA number on the outside First thanks for fast reply. The RMA number is already on the generated label, so I dont need to write it manually or something right? And with 2 or 3 copies attached outside the box is fine too right? Thanks. Administrators Technobeard Posted January 25, 2013 Administrators Share Posted January 25, 2013 The generic generated label may not be of any use depending on who you ship it from. As long as it's clearly marked somewhere on the box you'll be fine. 2 or 3 copies of what attached on the outside?

I have to: - print label and put in multiples sides of the box - write rma #number in multiples sides also - add inside a copy of mail confirmation - add inside my return address information it's right? sorry if im being dumb. Administrators Technobeard Posted January 25, 2013 Administrators Share Posted January 25, 2013 Officially all you need to do is to: 1. write the RMA number on the box once. If it's on the label that's ok. 2. Please include a copy of the RMA Confirmation with your shipment. 3. include your first/last name, telephone # and complete return address. You do NOT need the shipping label on multiple sides. I personally suggest writing the RMA number on multiple sides just to make it clear in case the label comes off or something. (psu cost in 2008 was 128,XX eur) And now I read that a lot of people got free shipping cortesy of Corsair... how can I benefit from that now? just curious :3 Regards.
