Corsair Link with PWM pump?!

Saw the FrozenCpu modded MCP-655 with PWM. I'm wondering if it can be used with the Corsair Link Cooling Node.

Planning to build a liquid cooled rig & went through many fan controller reviews. None seemed as impressive as the Corsair Link kits. Don't wanna fiddle around with ugly 5.25" bay controllers; the Link software seems perfect for my needs. I'd like to know what the Corsair Link experience has been like..

Not sure if that will work as the Cooling Node was designed for fans.

Well, my LINK experience has been fine, no major errors that have caused problems with the OS.

If you do get the kit and have problems, start a thread in this sub-section and you can get help.

Thanks mate. Went through MCP655-PWM's review at Martin'sLab. It works with SpeedFan, so I guess any motherboard 4pin fan connector will do. Still keeping hope that it'll integrate with the Link smoothly.

My new build's like 8 months away. Very busy & broke from setting up an ISP. Just doing some early research, so I know what kinda stuff to order when the time comes.

From within the link software, when clicking on a connected fan I have the option to designate whether it actually is indeed a fan or a pump. As I'm running strictly air cooling atm I don't yet know from experience whether or not connecting a pump would work smoothly, but it appears as though you at least have the option to do so.
