garycoww
hi,i have been waiting for a response from tech support about an issue im having with my 600t power button, although after testing the mobo with the srewdriver in the power switch it still wont boot, but if i switch the ax850 psu on and off that seems to fire her up,the z77 mobo has leds that light up as i boot too and they all check out green so im thinking its the psu. can you help me with this as its been a while now 12/12/2012 was the first email sent. RMA no :- 5379608 does it effect the respose time because im in the uk ? lol. thanks in advance.
Administrators Technobeard Posted January 24, 2013 Administrators Share Posted January 24, 2013 It looks like it's been forwarded to spare parts, but at the same time the RMA form hasn't been completed so that they have your address to send the part to. It's best to fill out the form instead of just putting your address in the body so that they have the proper format. I've re-sent the form to you. Check your email for a link to the address form. Once that's done, send the email as noted in the message and you'll be all set to go.

garycoww
z77 mobo has self check led lights that start red as you boot and disappear if all ok,all of the mobos leds turn off,so would that not mean its the psu instead as they would stay lit if there was a problem?. regards
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 25, 2013 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 25, 2013 The Led's are not I would consider a 100% reliable but the description you provided would suggest it may be the MB. However, you are welcome to request an RMA using the link on the left and we can try replacing the PSU if you like.
