Gtsbaby
Hey, so pleased as my new 1500's arrived an hour ago. Maybe I should have researched this first but I have some Logitech Z906 for when watching movies or don't need mic. This leads me to a couple of questions: 1) How do I set up the mic, can't get it to work for love nor money. 2) What is the easiest way to jump between audio devices without unplugging cables. Thanks Luke

Gtsbaby
Downloaded drivers. Blue light on so not muted. Can hear buzzing (goes louder when mute microphone) when in TS3 or anything that would use the mic if I could get it working!
Toasted
Is the headset plugged into a USB 2.0 port? Have you tried the headset on another computer?
Administrators Technobeard Posted January 24, 2013 Administrators Share Posted January 24, 2013 In addition, have you set the headset to be the default recording device in the sound control panel ?
Gtsbaby
Tried it on 2 PC's. USB 2 both times (multiple ports) Default Recording Device is set. Thanks for suggestions.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 28, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 28, 2013 Exchange it for a different headset through your retailer, and then test the mic with the Windows recorder.
