peanutz94 Posted January 21, 2013 Share Posted January 21, 2013 Sharkey, most RMA's take between 7-10 business days to complete. And if you are out of the US, you can safely add a few more business days to a week more to that. Sometimes the users gets his/her product back before the website is updated. Not quite sure why , but it happens that way sometimes. In addition, you could always call CS and ask them of your status. They would be able to give you an answer on the spot. If you are out of the US you can instal and use SKYPE to make the call to the toll free number for nothing. I hope that gives you some idea or direction to go.
