ratbags21
Sorry to ask such a noob question, but given that the H100 has no external fan (obviously) how do I know it is running properly when I do a POST test? I need to know quickly if its functioning ok to avoid frying the CPU! As I am building a new PC and have not installed an H100 before, I've no idea what happens when you power up apart from the light on the top of the pump block showing low, medium & high revs. Any thoughts? wytnyt
you wont fry anythinh as your computer has built in temp protection you can tell pump speed in bios or by using corsair link.
Toasted
Plug the 3-pin connector coming out of the H100 to the CPU_FAN header. If the H100 pump ever fails, you'll get a CPU_FAN error. The L.E.Ds on the H100 block are the fan profiles.
