I submitted for an RMA on my GS700w psu due to a faulty fan, corsair accepted the RMA and UPS collected and shipped the parcel from my address on the 4th, since then i have had no conformation of it arriving or any response from the RMA support page so i thought i would try here.

 

Just a little confused that's all, i would have thought it would have arrived at Corsair by now and they would have some account of my progress.
