GS700 Issue

Hi, i've filled out a RMA request (I think) for my Corsair GS700 as its got the fault with the really annoying noise when it spins down. I've read on here that I can call to get the thing sent out before returning the current one? I need this PC for work purposes aswell so that would be great, can't find the number, only option is to fill out the online form or email.

 

Also I would like to check that the unit I get sent isn't going to cause the same issue as that would be annoying. Thanks!

Ok an update, they've requested I send the unit to them & they will send one back to me. That is going to take anywhere between 5 and 9 days. So to request an advance RMA like i've seen in other threads, do I call the 510-657-8747 number or the 888-222-4346 number? Help would be appreciated.
