RMA confirmation email for item shipped?

Hello I am just wondering as im a little worried now as to when I need to send my cooler back, as I carried out an advanced RMA Thursday which was fine the people where super in saying how everything would go, but in the email I got that night it said it would be shipped within 24 hours which would be the following day friday, but its not sunday and I havnt got an email, Im in a bit of a trouble as Im not sure if it has been sent and if I need to send mine, or if the two weeks starts only when the cooler is sent, any help would be much loved
