ekzi
Hi there, sorry for my bas english. I've bought gs700 psu, but it making strange ugly sounds. This is youtube video with my problem. I've wrote to the RMA and they approved it, but is it possible not send PSU to the netherlangs? I'm from Russia, and all this sending and other stuff would take months with our mail system. I'm ready to provide all neccesary information, or to destroy the psu, if need so, like some other firms demand.

peanutz94
Is this the number you need? No, if you applied for an RMA you would have received a case number. If you do not have one, please use the link on the left hand side of the forum to request an RMA. Once you have completed the online form you will be given a case number. Please post that number here. :) Or if you already have an RMA number post that one.

ekzi
I was trying calling corsair and they give me advanced rma number 1285400 What does that mean? And, as I understand, they need credit card with no less that $1500 cash on it? For what? As I understand, corsair will ship the psu directly, not waiting for my shipping? So, why do they need $1500? Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 8, 2013 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 8, 2013 For an advanced RMA they will authorize your credit card for the purchase of a new PSU then credit you back or release the hold once the old unit is received. Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 8, 2013 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 8, 2013 I have no idea about the price but they will tell you that when they setup the Advanced RMA I would suggest calling them back to be sure.
