JML10166
By dashboard do you mean the Corsair LINK 2 software? It's v2.20. I got it to realize my H100i exists, but unplugging all other ubs items from my machine, so it has to be a usb conflict. So, I seem to be fine now, except... the LED has stopped working. :(: It flashed briefly when I updated the firmware and once when I restarted the PC, but now it just sits dull and colorless. Toasted
Is the H100i detected in the software? Can you control the L.E.D. in the software? or it doesn't turn on?
Ken0r
I just picked up a new H100i tonight and installed it because the pump on my old H100 died. I wasn't aware that I could change the color of the led on the pump until I seen it in display in the store.. This got me excited. I bought four SP 120 MM fans and rushed home! Once installed temps were AWESOME! however when I installed corsair link I wasn't able to see the device listed.. I found that the usb cable on MY pump will not go into the port all the way.. I had to apply pressure to it to maintain the connection. While holding it in place I launched the software. I was then able to see it and change the LED color!! A good indication that its maintaining the connection is the fan speed for the H100i will be updating. I don't think it a usb issue or firmware.. I think the port on the pump is just jacked. Not gonna RMA cuz its a pain to take apart and wait for it to come back just for a function usb connection..... I hope my long ramble will help someone.
