alengy Posted January 3, 2013 Share Posted January 3, 2013 Hello Happy New Years, I had to send back my Corsair AX650 due to fan noise (bird sounds). I received my RMA number (5381322) on the 21th I shipped it out USPS and shows it was delivered the 24th (Almere NL). I know they was closed for holidays. Just want to make sure they received it since my status page still didn't update. I'm writing from Italy. I would have news on my rma status and if the replacement procedure is running.. I would suggest calling our customer service by phone and ask them for more information about your case. The number is listed under contact on the main site.
