Help With SSD RMA

I was approved and Rma, and sent in the Force 3 120 Gig ssd. as instructed.

It shows it was recieved on 12-26-12. I have as of yet got any notice of a new SSD being shipped out. The case # is Case #5409996. I would like to know why it has not beeen shipped to me or even a notice about what is going on.

I tried other methods, but it seems you all don't have follow ups on the RMA's available to the end user. So i resorted to this. Let me know if you can help me with this delima.
