RedRumy3 Posted January 2, 2013 Share Posted January 2, 2013 Hello Happy New Years, Quick question if you don't mind. I had to send back my Corsair H80 cooler since it died on me. I received my RMA number on the 26th I shipped it out USPS and shows it was delivered the 28th. I know they was closed for holidays. Just want to make sure they received it since my status page still didn't update. First time I had to ever RMA something so I am just a little worried (: Case #5425348 Tracking Thank You! Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 2, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 2, 2013 It was delivered last Friday so I am sure it is being processed but keep in mind the weekend and Monday and Tuesday was a Holiday so we were not open so I am sure they are just a little backed up from these days off, please give it another 24 Hours and I am fairly certain will be processed.
