Hello!

I have a Asus K52JE Notebook and i bought a 2x4GB Kit, model CM3X8GSDKIT1066 and now i have this problems.

First i put just one memory card but the notebook turn on just for 2 sec an then off.

Then i put the booth meemory card and the notebook turn on. Can acces BIOS, in bios detect 8 GB RAM, but when to start windows(win 7 64 bit) he rebout.

I tried to instal new version of windows but when to show 'windows start' he keep rebout.

The old memory card is a Kingmax 4GB 1333 MHz, and it works fine.

Refer to your owners manual and reset the BIOS before inserting the new memory. That way it can clear the old settings of the old memory first.

You may want to use your old memory to install windows first, and then go back and reset the BIOS to add the new memory

I am sorry but your system will not support our 4.0 Gig modules as they are made with 512m X 8 memory IC's and that system will only support memory made with up to 256M X 8 IC's. I would ask the reseller if you can return them and purchase memory suggested by the OEM in this case.
