RMA Request Unanswered.

I recently ordered an H100i, and when I recieved it, the box had minimal damage (one indented corner). The H100i on the other hand, had bent fins, which was fine, but the WHOLE radiator instead of being a perfect 90 degree angle, is crooked and is hard to mount. Even when mounted, one fan rubs and the other won't spin period. I put in an RMA 12/24 and have called a few times a day since lines reopened and never get answered (pretty sure the lines are open since they don't say other wise :S) and eventually get sent to a voicemail (which is always full..). Is there another step I can take to have this addressed? Or should I just wait it out and hope i'll get a hand eventually?

If you notice there is a message about the Holiday schedule, I am sorry but we are on a reduced schedule because of Christmas, post your case number and I will see it gets approved but you may want to check with the reseller if this was shipping damage they should take care of it.
