LexD
Corsair Mac Memory — 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 SODIMM Memory Kit (CMSA8GX3M2A1066C7) This memory isn't working! I have a macbook pro 2.53Ghz 15" mid-2010 Already changed the memory in the store for new ones, but i get the same errors. A black screen at startup with errors and then the system shutdowns. Macbook is working fine with original memory from apple. Who has the answer for me what to do?

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 3, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 3, 2013 The system you have looks to be an Intel Core 2 duo CPU and as such will not support our 4.0 Gig modules. I would check with the reseller and see if they will let you return them and purchase the modules directly from Apple.
