I am sorry but this cannot be done on the forum, please call our customer service after January 2nd at the number listed under contact on the main site. I will send them a message but that is all I can do from Tech support.

 

EDIT: I just spoke to our customer service and it appears the order has been processed but we are trying to stop the order for you and they will contact you once more information is available.
