I was told that the parts department would get back to me regarding receiving replacement modular cables for my HX1000 on Monday 11/26/12 .. I have still not heard from them despite sending a new message last week.

Is there anyone who can help me?

Unfortunatly with the Holidays here Corsair will not be open until Wed.26th. I would suggest calling them on the toll free number so someone can check onthat status for you.

 

That information would not be accessible through the forums here.

 

If you are overseas or out of the country, i would also suggest installing and using SKYPE to make the call for nothing. You can see the hours of operation at the top of the forums.
