Bruced Posted December 20, 2012 Share Posted December 20, 2012 I only got a package of long fan screws and a package of small fan screws & rubber grommets. All of the fan screws have small heads and don't work on the side panel or bottom. I called customer service and evidently you are supposed to get a package of fan screws with large heads (about the size of a dime) also. I didn't get them so customer service is sending them to me. jlhawn Posted December 20, 2012 Share Posted December 20, 2012 I have had this case for over a month and all my screws were the same size except the long ones and they work perfect and there is no way their the size of a dime, look at a dime and just imagine a screw head that big.
